Absolutely! Our self-defense course is specifically designed for women who just want to feel safe in everyday scenarios, without the need for complex combat techniques. It’s all about unlocking the inherent strength of the mind and body you already have.
We hear you! Our course doesn’t involve any advanced or complicated moves. These are basic, straightforward concepts that anyone can learn and implement with practice.
Lessons are available on-demand, so you can move through the course at your own pace, whether that’s a few minutes a day or a weekend binge! You can easily complete it in just 14 days, including practice. However, self-defense is a lifelong skill, and regular practice is key to reinforcing what you learn. The beauty of this course is that it fits into your schedule, no matter how busy life gets.
What you’re experiencing is completely normal: it’s your freeze response, and in our course we reassure you that it's ok to freeze up for a moment. What matters is what you do next! That’s why we’ve included psychological exercises to help you work through the freeze response and feel more prepared to act in the heat of the moment.
It’s normal to worry about doing the moves effectively, but remember: the goal isn’t to perfect a move, it's about doing what works in the moment to protect yourself and get to safety. With practice, your moves will become more natural and effective, and our course gives you a toolbox of techniques that you can cycle through depending on the situation. Self-defense focuses on what your body is already capable of, regardless of your fitness level.
